Michael Page Finance is delighted to be partnering with a major FMCG business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their high-performing Commercial Finance team, based at their Bradford head office.
Job Description
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support commercial strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial forecasts.
- Support analysis of sales, margin and promotional performance across Ambient Non-Food categories.
- Produce accurate reporting highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
- Provide insight to Finance Business Partners and Trading teams to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.
- Help identify performance drivers and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting efficiency and analytical capability.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in financial analysis within a commercial environment.
- Proven experience business partnering with challenging stakeholders.
- Highly analytical individual comfortable working with large data sets.
- Team player able to build strong relationships across finance and trading.
