Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts and ledgers.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and reduce debtor days.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
  • Prepare reports and provide financial updates to the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
  • Monitor credit limits and assess risks associated with new accounts.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
