Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts and ledgers.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and reduce debtor days.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
- Prepare reports and provide financial updates to the accounting team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Monitor credit limits and assess risks associated with new accounts.
