Job Description
- Optimise product listings, including titles, imagery, A+ content, keywords
- Plan and execute promotions, such as seasonal sales, Black Friday, Prime events
- Use Linnworks to maintain stock levels and listing upkeep
- Track competitor products and pricing, to identify category trends and opportunities
- Analyse customer reviews, questions and returns to identify listing improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in an E-Commerce Sales or Marketing role with hands-on marketplace experience
- Familiarity with Linnworks, Helium10 or other e-commerce management tools
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for checks and reporting.
