We are looking for a proactive and confident Credit Controller to join a growing finance team based in Blackburn. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with proven experience in credit control who enjoys building strong relationships while maintaining firm control of outstanding debt.

The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include:

  • Managing your own ledger and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances
  • Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
  • Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
  • Setting up and reviewing credit limits in line with company policy
  • Producing regular debtor reports and supporting month-end processes

The successful Credit Controller will have:
