Job Description
- Develop product and source and select branded products that align with the company's strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
- Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for the product range.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust buying strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Buyer - Brands should have:
- Proven experience in a womenswear buying role (5 years+).
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
