This manufacturing company is a well-established growing organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for a remote Marketing Executive full time.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with product marketing and People teams to deliver tactical campaigns that strengthen corporate and employer brand awareness.
  • Align with Ecosystem regional/product marketing leads on narratives, developments and customer success stories.
  • Develop compelling messaging and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise future activity.
  • Produce high-quality, technically accurate SEO-aware content (blogs, articles, case studies, emails, social posts, press releases, testimonials, videos, etc.).
  • Lead internal communications for transformation milestones, strategy rollout and key employee updates.
  • Develop and maintain a Knowledge Hub/Intranet to accelerate employee onboarding and proficiency.
  • Support and participate in culture and engagement initiatives (townhalls, collaboration weeks, etc.).
  • Assist Ecosystem regional leads with events and webinars, managing logistics, vendors and brand consistency.
  • Use intermediate design and video skills to create multi-channel assets for social media, email, events, advertising and branding.
  • Handle daily marketing administration, including Monday.com/HubSpot support and inbox management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Commercial, Product, People, BI) to gather insights and champion brand integrity across all touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including campaign planning/execution, event coordination, and content creation.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Express).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail, editing, and proofreading.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B technology sector; aviation maintenance knowledge is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field-or professional accreditation (e.g., CIM, Mini MBA)-beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to travel 4-5 times per year to Birmingham when there is an event.
