Job Description

  • Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within the food and drink sector.
  • Originate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, investors and professional introducers.
  • Advise business owners and management teams on strategic options, acquisitions, disposals and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda and client presentations.
  • Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through to completion.
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Proven M&A experience gained within an advisory firm, investment bank or boutique environment.
  • Strong experience advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising transactions.
  • Previous exposure to food and drink sector clients is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships at a senior level.
