Job Description

This is not a traditional or transactional EA position. The Executive Assistant will operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as an extension of the Chief Executive and playing a key role in managing complexity and protecting executive time.

  • Complex diary and inbox management, with a strong focus on prioritisation and time protection
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing access, information flow and sensitive communications
  • Preparing the Chief Executive for senior meetings, key decisions and external engagements
  • Supporting Executive Committee and board-level activity
  • Owning and coordinating projects aligned to the Chief Executive's agenda
  • Building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders

Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who:

  • Has supported Chief Executives or C-suite leaders within complex organisations
  • Is highly polished, credible and confident operating at the most senior levels
  • Is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Brings excellent organisational and project management capability
  • Is able to challenge constructively and influence with confidence
