Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay.
- Verify timesheets, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (tax, pensions, benefits).
- Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate data flow.
The Successful Applicant:
- Any relevant UK payroll exposure - such as PAYE, NI calculations, SMP, SSP etc.
