Job Description: Lead and manage a portfolio of complex programmes from order to delivery. Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. Establish and maintain robust programme governance, reporting and controls. Act as the senior point of contact for key customers and stakeholders. Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations and supply chain. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Support business growth through effective programme execution and customer satisfaction. Lead, develop and coach programme management teams to high performance.
The Successful Applicant: Proven experience in a senior programme leadership role within manufacturing. Significant experience within defence or aerospace sector. Strong track record managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programmes. Experience in engineering‑led or high‑reliability manufacturing environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams. Strong commercial awareness with budget and cost control experience. Skilled in stakeholder management, including customer‑facing leadership. Experience implementing programme governance and delivery frameworks. Ability to drive performance improvements and manage change effectively.
