Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily trading across selected EU marketplaces, accountable for revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
  • Plan and execute campaigns around major retail events and seasonal promotions.
  • Set up and manage deals, vouchers, subscription offers, and other promotional mechanics.
  • Optimise product pages, including titles, descriptions, visuals, enhanced content, and storefronts.
  • Monitor key marketplace metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Contribute to regional initiatives and share best practices across teams.
  • Analyse KPIs (traffic, conversion, profitability, advertising efficiency) and translate insights into action.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Adjust pricing, inventory, and promotions to maximise performance.
  • Benchmark against competitors and category standards.
  • Handle commercial processes, including invoicing, shortages, and compliance tasks.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing trading on major online marketplaces.
  • A commercial mindset with full ownership of revenue and margin performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheet work and comfort with marketplace reporting tools.
  • Proven experience driving performance through pricing, promotions, inventory, and content optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised, and able to manage multiple markets efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or personal care categories.
  • Exposure to trading across multiple European marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and marketplace media optimisation.
  • Experience with additional online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Zalando, Allegro).
