Key responsibilities:
- Managing communications between residents and defects/maintenance teams
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Manage contractor and resident relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Experience of defects management
- Handle and resolve any aftercare issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Aftercare Officer should have:
