Job Description
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all activities align with company objectives and client expectations.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a similar global communications agency (desirable).
- Support on the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively.
- Monitor and analyse relevant client accounts: Maintaining and updating a comprehensive 'client monitoring matrix', incorporating all required sources (press, parliamentary, online, EU, NGO, etc.) search terms, frequency, distribution, etc.
- Support the client team in preparation of account documentation.
- Compiling and distributing folders of relevant documentation to client and members of home team.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Network with contacts to drive new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Experience in handling multiple accounts effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the Policy department or similar areas is advantageous.
