• Leading the design, development, and implementation of Treasury Systems and Processes.
• Assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and planning strategic enhancements.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with industry regulations.
• Coordinating with other departments to integrate systems and processes effectively.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary updates and fixes.
• Keeping abreast of latest technologies and trends in the transport and distribution sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Systems and Process Lead should have:

• Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of systems and processes.
• A strong background in technology, ideally within the transport and distribution industry.
• Exceptional technical leadership skills.
• Excellent understanding of treasury systems.
• Adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
