This leading non-profit organization is a highly sought-after organization to work for with an excellent reputation for staff development and retention. They are based in brand new offices and offer an excellent workplace environment.
The Payroll & Finance Assistant role will initially be a 3-month temporary assignment and will be full-time office-based in Blackley. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and process the payroll for all staff.
- Update employee salary, benefit, and personal details in the payroll system.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior staff and external bodies.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with financial regulations.
- Respond to payroll and finance-related queries from staff.
- Support with other finance tasks as required.
