Job Description

The key responsibilities will be:

• Using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Visio to produce full 3D designs of the space area
• Producing space plans working to a brief
• Preparing measure surveys
• Producing high-quality presentations and tender returns
• Producing high-quality UK Building Regulation and working drawings
• Producing invoices
• Producing quotations

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

• Have a degree in Architecture or be a Part 1 Architectural assistant
• Have the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
• Be quick thinking and a practical problem solver
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be well organised, assertive, and down to earth
• Possess a high level of interpersonal skills
• Be innovative and creative
• Be a fast learner
• Have the ability to work under pressure
