Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Matching, coding, and processing invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supporting with the preparation of the payment run
  • Managing the inbox
  • Dealing with queries

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:

  • Have experience with accounts payable and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Be able to work as part of a busy team
  • Be able to confidently use computer software
