The Supply Chain Project Manager is the accountable owner for the supply‑chain contribution to assigned programmes. The role governs planning and procurement deliverables (shortage management, supplier enablement, ERP/MRP integrity, ECR/ECO impacts), controls risk and assures readiness through industrial gates to protect customer commitments and financial forecasts. Acts as the primary supply‑chain voice at programme reviews and senior forums, presenting performance, risks and recovery with clear decision asks.

Candidate Skills

  • 5‑8 years’ experience in supply chain planning, procurement or programme management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Proven ability to manage shortages, supplier risks and procurement deliverables in a programme context.
  • Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytical and financial awareness (budget, alignment, cost monitoring).
  • Proven use of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel/BI capability.
  • APIC CPIM/CSCP, PMP or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with Lean/CI, One Safran or Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Strong leadership presence; able to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Highly organised, able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight.
  • Analytical data‑driven and financially literate.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in managing complex, fast‑paced programmes.
