The Role
You will liaise with organisations to identify and secure work experience opportunities for students; you will also work closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well‑planned work experience programme. As a key part of your role, you will handle administrative tasks and ensure work placements are recorded. Strong multitasking, organisation, and attention to detail are required.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in employability, recruitment or work experience (or similar), with outstanding business development skills; the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. You should also have experience identifying learners' knowledge and skills, and coaching/supporting learners to secure quality work experience placements. Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent is required.
