The predicted salary is between 25260 - 25896 £ per year.

This role supports the administration, outreach, and coordination of adult education and skills programmes across Greater Manchester. Working closely with the Employment and Skills Manager and the Programme Leader, you will manage enrolments, maintain accurate learner records, support outreach activities, assist with compliance and quality assurance, and monitor course outcomes to ensure programmes meet funding and performance targets.

You will also support reporting, data management, and effective communication with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders. A key aspect of the role involves outreach and engagement activities, including attending jobs fairs, employer events, and community engagement activities to promote programmes and encourage participation. You will liaise with partners and employers to support learner progression and contribute to destination tracking, monitoring learner outcomes and progression into employment, further training, or other positive destinations following course completion.
