The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) offers a challenging and rewarding Learning Facilitator role at our Stockport and Cheadle campuses. The role is part of the Inclusion Team, supporting young people and adults with additional needs, including SEMH needs, and enabling them to access education and increase their independence.

The Role
- Work closely with tutors to facilitate the learning process on a range of courses, enabling groups and individuals with differing needs and disabilities to achieve their learning objectives.
- Support English and Maths skills using differentiation techniques and collaborate with identified students to deliver objectives within Education Health Care plans.
- Respond to student enquiries, provide advice on learning opportunities and support systems, and work cooperatively with other areas of the Group to provide a corporate Group service.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or willingness to achieve within 2 years).
- Level 2 Maths and English (or prepared to work towards).
