About the Role
Primarily you will work with Level 1 and Level 2 students in full‑time Construction Skills and Maintenance Operations programmes, and potentially Level 2 apprentices pursuing the Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Standard. You will provide a solid foundation for young students to start careers in construction and guide them toward their chosen progression pathways.

About You
Qualified construction tradesperson with significant industry experience. Experience across multiple trades such as property maintenance or renovation work. Experience working with young people in an educational setting; Level 5 teaching qualification (Certificate in Education) preferred, NQT status will be considered.
