Location: Stockport (possible travel to other sites)

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver and assess ESOL and Mathematics courses for adult learners. The role requires strong digital skills and traditional delivery methods and will involve the full assessment process from initial assessment to the IQA process.

  • Deliver adult ESOL courses from pre‑entry to Level 2 and Maths lessons from pre‑entry to Level 2
  • Use a range of delivery methods including digital tools
  • Participate in the entire assessment process from initial assessment to the IQA process

About You

To be considered, you must be passionate and enthusiastic about supporting adult ESOL learners and possess the following:

  • A PGCE or equivalent with an ESOL subject specialism (or an equivalent qualification)
  • Experience working in a Further Education setting and supporting vulnerable learners
  • A thorough understanding of the ESOL Core Curriculum and progression across levels
  • Strong communication, organisational and digital skills
