We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused assistant to support and enhance the application process at Trafford and Stockport College Group. You must have previous experience of working in a busy environment, dealing with a range of applications and queries. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, triaging applications against applicant grades, making offers, setting up interviews and liaising with curriculum teams across sites to ensure applicants progress smoothly through their journey. The post holder also provides support to the main reception desk and will be required to work evenings with notice to meet the business needs of current students and applicants.
