We’re thrilled to share that our HR function is evolving into the newly established People and Culture Department. To support this transformation, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated People and Culture Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the warm, welcoming voice, answering colleague queries
  • Provide helpful advice on People policies and systems
  • Support onboarding, pre‑employment checks, contract preparation & ID cards
  • Produce letters, references and external correspondence
  • Help managers with first‑line Employee Relations queries
  • Create engaging support tools like guides, videos, and webinars
  • Keep our People systems up-to-date and accurate
  • Help bring People-led events to life
  • Contribute ideas to help us improve, innovate and deliver even better services
  • Protect the confidentiality and wellbeing of our staff, promoting safeguarding at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • A positive approach and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Great communication skills – friendly, clear, confident
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail (you love a tidy inbox!)
  • A ‘can‑do’ attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills across Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to learn and develop – including working towards CIPD Level 3 if you don’t already have it
