Role: Flexible hours Lecturer 16-18 and Adult ESOL
Hours: Minimum of 10 teaching hours per week – Term Time Only.
Salary: This is a flexible hours tutor, paid on an hourly rate ranging from £19.24 to £27.34 per hour.
Pension Contributions: Eligible to contribute towards the Teachers Pensions scheme.

The Role:
- Delivery to 16–19‑year‑olds and/or Adults.
- Teaching and Assessing ESOL and Maths from pre‑entry to Level 1.
- Using a range of traditional delivery methods alongside strong digital skills, which you would pass on to learners.
- Involvement in the whole assessment process from Initial Assessment to the IQA Process.
- The experience, ability and flexibility to work with both Adult and Young Learners 16‑18, and to deliver the full range of ESOL from Pre‑Entry up to Level 1, are desirable.

Due to the nature of the role, experience and a teaching qualification is essential. You would be required to have a thorough knowledge of the Core Curriculum for ESOL including the progression difference between the skills at different Levels. APGCE Level 7 with subject specialism ESOL qualification or equivalent is essential. Experience of working in an FE setting and with vulnerable learners is essential.
