The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced A Level History and Politics teacher to join the Sixth Form team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role
You will be joining a vibrant and ambitious Sixth Form team, delivering A Level History and Politics to highly motivated learners. Working closely with the Head of Studies, your focus will be on delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire learners to achieve their full potential. The role includes responsibility for planning and delivering outstanding teaching, setting and assessing high-quality homework and assignments, and supporting learners through their UCAS applications and personal development journeys.
You will also contribute to curriculum development, attend team meetings, and participate in enrichment activities such as visits to historical landmarks to enhance students’ cultural capital and subject awareness.
