Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise and support the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial planning.
- Work closely with external auditors and other third parties when required.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading a finance team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
