As a Senior Internal Communications Executive in the professional services industry, you'll be responsible for ensuring effective communication across the organisation. Based in London, this role is vital in creating and delivering internal messages that engage teams and align with the company's goals.

Client Details: The business are a global professional services firm who are undergoing significant change and transformation. They are looking to hire a Senior Internal Communications Executive who can help drive the internal communications agenda across the UK business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to specialise in internal communications - this role will report to the Head of UK marketing and will offer significant exposure to the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement communications plans that align with the global internal communications strategy and overall business strategy in the UK.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the UK business, advising on the most relevant communications approach and supporting with materials as required.
  • Oversee internal communications channels, mainly Viva Engage, MS Teams and digital signage.
  • Lead on the organisation and facilitation of UK Town Halls, bringing a large network of UK offices together (via Microsoft Teams).
