Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases. Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates. Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation. Support solicitors in court preparations and hearings. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth case progression. Profile A successful Paralegal (Clinical Negligence) should have: Experience or education in legal studies, particularly in clinical negligence or related areas.
