We are working with a privately owned, established business within the property and construction space who are looking to hire someone to come on board and develop and execute a marketing strategy for the business. The role is based in London, and has a hybrid working policy. This role will be interim initially so please only apply if you are on short notice.
The client is a multi-disciplinary construction firm who are looking to hire a marketing consultant into a stand-alone role in their London offices. This role will be responsible for working closely with the company partners and HR Director to understand the priorities and objectives of the business and develop and execute on a marketing strategy to deliver on this.
Key responsibilities of the Marketing Consultant:
- Marketing Strategy Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and support growth. Align marketing priorities with the business plan in partnership with the Joint CEOs, SLT and professional teams. Maintain market insights - sector trends, competitor analysis and client needs to inform campaigns and positioning. Define annual/quarterly marketing roadmaps, messaging and channel plans.
- Strategic Growth Enablement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
