We are supporting a large Financial Services Organisation with the appointment of a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join its Group Finance function.

Description:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Group annual reporting and subsidiary financial statements.
- Manage complex Group consolidations across a multi-entity structure.
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and support the full audit lifecycle.
- Prepare and review technical accounting papers covering key judgements, estimates and transactions.
- Provide technical guidance across IFRS and UK GAAP reporting matters.
- Support accounting assessments relating to acquisitions, reorganisations, financing arrangements and other corporate transactions.
- Drive improvements to financial reporting controls, processes and governance.
- Provide technical leadership, challenge and peer review to divisional finance teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
- Coach and develop finance professionals, helping to strengthen technical capability across the team.
Profile: You will be a technically strong finance professional with significant experience in external reporting, Group reporting or financial control.
