Lead a large team of JE and Reward Professionals over a 6-12 month period. Cut through red tape and deliver effective changes to process and thinking where required. You will have leadership of entire JE work-stream as integral part of Equal Pay programme: Single point of accountability for delivery of 1. benchmarking and 2. BAU Future state design and transition for the Local Authority. Client Details Our client is one of the UK’s largest Local Authorities. They provide the majority of local government services in the city. As one of the most populous local government districts in England the the LA serves over 1.1million people. The council is a member of the West Midlands Combined Authority. Description Job Evaluation and Reward Project Lead: You will have the overall responsibility for leading a large project team working in collaboration with but independently to the permanent reward function.
