Description: We are recruiting for an Interim Director of Finance - Shared Financial Services to provide support for multiple projects within their Financial SSC. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for global finance operations and governance, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and operational performance.
- Lead financial services teams, including governance of outsourced finance operations (PTP, OTC, RTR, Master Data, Controls).
- Manage relationships with global outsourcing partners, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Oversee contract governance and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, raising risks appropriately.
- Partner with divisional CFOs, VPs, and corporate finance teams across a complex matrix structure.
