An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join as Director of Financial Reporting to oversee group financial reporting, technical accounting, financial control, and corporate services within a complex, multi-site organisation.

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in driving finance excellence, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and leading a high-performing reporting team.

Description Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Reporting will take responsibility for leading the group financial reporting function and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role with high exposure to the CEO and private equity investors.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the preparation of annual reports, consolidated financial statements, and statutory accounts.
