The business model is to duplicate the role of an in-house tax professional (or Team). tax partner works as a valued member of their clients' finance / tax teams across a varied and exciting client base. The client base comprises UK listed companies, UK subsidiaries of overseas listed companies and PE backed groups. You will have the benefit of working with a prestigious client base, combined with the ultimate flexibility of working for a specialist boutique. Description · Managing client relationships as the sole point of contact. · Providing an excellent corporate tax reporting and compliance cycle service. · Handling a mix of ongoing compliance and advisory projects. · Typical advisory projects include capital allowance reviews, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. · Attend monthly partner meetings and become an integral part of the team, aiming to deliver excellence to clients.
