Job Description As a Finance Assistant in Bicester, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day financial operations within the accounting and administration team. This temporary position in the life science industry will see you handling key financial tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets. Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes. Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and efficiency. A successful Finance Assistant should have: Experience in accounting or finance-related roles, preferably within the life science industry. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
