Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for: Manage the group consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements Lead the coordination of external audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes across the group Provide expert tax advice and oversee tax planning initiatives Produce insightful financial analysis and reports for senior management Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and efficiency’s Support M&A activities with financial due diligence and integration planning Profile The Ideal candidate will be: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable post-qualification experience Strong background in group accounting within a complex, multi-entity structure In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations Previous experience in external audit, preferably within the FMCG sector Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting systems Able to commute to commute to Milton Keynes a couple days a week Job Offer Salary up to £55k!
