Description Overseeing all finance and accounting functions Implementing effective financial management strategies Preparing and presenting financial reports Ensuring compliance with financial regulations Assisting in budget preparation and management Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making Managing a team of finance professionals Working closely with external auditors Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (ideally 3 years+ PQE) Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and transactional work (AP/AR etc) Excellent leadership and team management skills Charity experience is ideal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 to £65,000 per year Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days per week Generous pension scheme- up to 12%
