The CFO will take overall responsibility for the financial leadership of Onoré UK, working in close partnership with the UK Managing Director and leadership team while building strong relationships with IDAK Group Finance and international stakeholders.
This is a broad, influential and commercially focused leadership role extending well beyond financial stewardship. The CFO will bring greater insight and visibility to performance, challenge thinking and help shape decisions around customers, products, investment and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic and commercial partner to the Managing Director and UK leadership team, playing an active role in shaping the direction and future development of the business.
- Bring high-quality financial and commercial insight to Board and leadership discussions, constructively challenging performance and established thinking.
