Description
- Lead business development and originate buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the Business Services sector
- Advise clients on strategic transactions from initial review through to completion
- Deliver high-quality M&A execution across the full deal lifecycle
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Corporate Finance business
- Mentor, develop and support a high-performing advisory team
- Represent the M&A Director (Business Services) function at meetings, events and client engagements
Profile
The Successful Applicant
- Significant M&A advisory experience within Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
- Proven track record originating and winning M&A mandates
- Strong deal execution experience across buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Experience within the Business Services sector is highly desirable
- Excellent financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams
Job Offer
- Salary range of £140,000 to £200,000 per annum
