Description
As the Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing the commercial function, driving revenue growth, strengthening key client relationships, and developing a scalable sales capability aligned to the wider business strategy.
Key responsibilities will include
- Owning your own personal sales pipeline will be the main focus and priority
- Developing and executing the sales strategy to support ambitious growth objectives.
- Supporting Partners with their sales opportunities, providing sales operational excellence
- Driving new business acquisition and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leading strategic pursuits and complex sales opportunities from identification through to contract award.
- Improving sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
- Collaborating closely with consulting, delivery and marketing teams to develop compelling client propositions.
- Supporting bid strategy, opportunity qualification and commercial governance activities.
- Identifying new routes to market, partnerships and growth opportunities.
