Description Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of Group Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, helping to shape the next stage of the group's development.
The role combines technical finance leadership with business transformation, including systems and processes, acquired business integration, group reporting, treasury, audit and statutory compliance.
Over time, the remit will broaden to support wider operational, digital and commercial improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading and developing the group finance function.
- Driving systems and process improvements and finance transformation projects.
- Supporting acquisition integration and synergy delivery.
- Owning group reporting, consolidation and financial control.
- Leading statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities.
- Managing treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and debt facilities.
- Partnering with operational leaders to support growth and value creation.
