The Business Services team is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) to help drive origination, lead transaction execution and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing advisory platform.
Description
Your key responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services)
- Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries.
- Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates.
- Lead transaction execution and oversee the delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Drive business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the Corporate Finance practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, advisers and key market participants.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of advisory professionals.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and support the long-term growth of the M&A business.
Profile
The Successful Applicant
- ACA, CFA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant M&A advisory experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10, corporate finance boutique, investment bank, private equity or corporate development environment.
- Proven success in originating and winning buy-side and sell-side mandates.
