We are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to work on two-stage M&E tenders for our Large Tier 1 Main Contractor Client. This role requires a full-time Building Services Estimator / Quantity Surveyor based in our client's modern Central London Office. We are seeking a technically strong professional MEPH Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a long-term career with an exceptional Tier 1 Contractor.
Responsibilities
- Bid management on two-stage M&E tenders for a Large Tier 1 Main Contractor client.
- Assist in managing sub-contractor variation accounts and follow the project through to completion.
- Lead tendering of MEPH packages on new projects.
- Support project delivery through effective QS/M&E estimation activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Technically strong MEPH Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with experience in large-value tenders.
- Experience in London market on commercial or retail building and refurbishment projects.
- Based in or willing to work from a Central London office.
