We are looking fora bright and organised receptionist for a busy Central London based Engineering Contractor. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome, whilst supporting the wider team with a range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is full time office based in our clients busy Central London office. The position is initially on a temp-to-perm basis, transferring to a full time position after probation period. Importantly, you will be dealing with a very broad range of people in this job, from electricians and site labourers up to senior Directors; we are looking for someone who can make everyone feel equally welcome and who is comfortable in this construction related environment. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous experience with this type of company, who is always calm, collected and professional. We are looking for a good receptionist with; Previous experience working on front reception desk, and using a switchboard, in a professional office environment. Experience working in a front of house environment to meet clients and workers that come into the office for appointments. The ability to provide clerical support, including data entry. Excellent attention to detail and able to multi-task and good all round IT skills. Good organisational skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels In return our client offers a friendly and fun working environment, a salary to 30K plus a range of company benefits. There may be potential for further development in the role. This is a genuinely nice place to work for someone who can deal with people from all backgrounds with the same professional manner, and ideally has some experience gained in a similar construction type related environment
