We are looking for an exceptionally client focussed Mechanical Building Services Project Manager who can communicate very effectively at a high level. Our client is a specialist project management consultancy. The position involves overseeing a long series of Mechanical bias building services projects typically ranging between £100K and £500K in value over an extended period for a large and important American owned financial institution in the Central London (the City). The project work involves Chiller replacements, BMS Upgrade, VRV replacements and re-configurement work in a large commercial office building. The building is in occupation and some out of hours working will be necessary, but the role is very autonomous, our client believes in empowering people and and you will be able to work from home as well and manage your diary as appropriate provided you have some flexibilty when required. We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager who can talk with authority on their subject and present themselves in a friendly but confident manner. The position has the possibility of developing into either a very long term contract assignment or a permanent staff role.
