We’re recruiting for a new Mechanical Contracts Engineer for a specialist Data Centre Construction / Critical Infrastructure Construction Design and Build Engineering company based in London.
Salary to 65K - plus benefits package. 40 Hours per week. Exceptional Career opportunity with an interesting specialist M&E Design and Build / Advisory Contractor.
Our client builds and operates state-of-the-art Data Centres particularly in Central London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee resources.
- Maximize performance.
- Ensure contractor management.
- Ensure subcontractor competence.
- Ensure timely close-out.
- Track budget.
- Submit reports.
- Report progress.
- Maintain client relationships.
Main Duties:
- Solid management skills.
- Analyze design documents.
- Review schematics.
- Complete technical submittals.
- Analyze supplier info.
- Manage program updates.
- Maintain site diary.
- Review quality.
- Manage contract works.
- Manage defects close-out.
Requirements:
- Appropriate Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
