Junior Commissioning Manager - Building Services

Our client is a medium-sized Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancy based in Central London.\\n\\nOperating across a range sectors including residential, education and commercial, they would like to recruit a Junior-Intermediate Commissioning Manager.\\n\\nThis role would suit an experienced air and water balancer with excellent personal skills who wants to step up to be a Commissioning Manager.\\n\\nRole:\\n\\n * You will be part of a team commissioning all building services packages on a variety of projects.\\n\\n * You will liaise with the client and principal contractor to ensure that they are happy with progress.\\n\\n * You will assist in overseeing all building services sub-contractors to ensure best practice and adherance to programme.\\n\\n * You will learn how to update the commissioning programme if you haven't done this before.\\n\\nPerson:\\n\\n * You will have worked on major construction projects as a Commissioning Engineer / air and water balancer (possibly) and want to make to step up to Commissioning Manager.\\n\\n * You will have good technical knowledge.\\n\\n * You will have excellent interpersonal skills.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with a full order book
