Our successful and long established medium-sized client specialises in the installation of Mechanical Building Services on large scale commercial developments in the South East, especially within the London market. They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Building Services Estimator. This is a key role within the business.
You will be responsible for bid management on projects typically to 8M Mechanical Value, overseeing bid strategy and forthcoming projects. Our client believes in empowering their staff and this can be a full hybrid role if wished, with occasional visits to their central London Office or their head office in Essex.
We are ideally looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator who can easily access the general London area generally when meetings are required. Our client is looking for an established professional with at least 5 years experience of Mechanical Building Services Estimating on commercial projects.
In addition to an excellent base salary there are additional benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take a key role within a thriving and forward thinking, successful Mechanical Building Services business, who allow a degree of flexibility and offer the opportunity to work partly from home if desired.
